On-Time Performance Guarantee We understand that getting away on-time is an important part of your experience. This is why we actively monitor the reliability of our service to ensure it is first-rate. In fact, our on-time performance as of June 2018 is 99.5%.

 Alongside this, Evoke operates with an ‘on-time or money back’ guarantee. If you make a booking and your chauffeur arrives after the designated time, you will not be charged for your trip.   ✓ Our Chauffeurs Our chauffeurs are meticulously selected and carefully vetted to ensure you have a smooth, safe and comfortable transfer. Most of our chauffeurs hail from a corporate background and as part of our on-boarding process we conduct: • A background and driving record check to ensure the safety and security of our customers. • A driving assessment to to ensure a high level of competence in on-road awareness, hazard perception and overall driving knowledge.
