Investors Wealth Education focuses on helping novice to intermediate real estate investors start and grow a portfolio of residential real estate in order to build wealth and passive income. From establishing realistic goals and obtaining/evaluating financing to identifying properties that will produce the desired results, our firm is dedicated to teaching various strategies to reach the investors particular goal. We also do individual investor & broker coaching and office training to help smaller to mid sized groups understand the basics of real estate investing. While physically located in Raleigh, NC, many classes and trainings can be done online and lessons transferred to various markets. The owner, Jason Kogok, has over 20 years combined experience in real estate investing, sales and educating. He has a passion for trying to teach realistic and obtainable methods to building a portfolio for main source or supplemental income. None of his teachings incorporate far-fetched or unrealistic strategies for the average investor.
