Focus Lab srl, a Benefit Company and B Corp certified, for over 30 years has designed and coordinated more than 430 multi-stakeholder local sustainability projects for Green-Economy, ESG integration, CSR, Smart City, UN Agenda 2030 SDGs, Stakeholder Engagement, Community Welfare. Accompanying 140 public governments of various levels for cross-sector strategies and action plans. Supporting about 100 companies of various sizes and sectors through sustainability assessment activities, strategies and projects, Sustainability reports, Stakeholder Engagement. Facilitating over 30 Sustainability Business Networks in Italy for local Sustainability actions in partnership, involving 750 overall large and SMEs companies; and coordinating 50 local UN SDGs projects. Focus Lab has been technical partner-external expert in 15 European research projects on sustainability urban governance with EU Universities, research centers, and has delivered training activities with 16 Universities in Sustainability Master courses. Focus Lab is specialized in Stakeholder Engagement process design and facilitation with over 1250 events for co-designing local solutions for urban sustainability, SDGs, involving over 37,000 Stakeholders, with various tools. Internal team has facilitated international workshops in China, Armenia, India, Hong-Kong and for ICLEI in European Sustainable Cities Campaign summits. Promoter of the Green Economy Cluster Festival, one of the first in Italy in 2010. Among the first Italian companies to obtain B Corp certification, awarded as ChangeMakers in 2018, Community Engagement in 2017, Agenda 2030 award from a local network of CSR companies, and contributed to 26 awards on sustainability achievements for various clients. Focus Lab promoted over 55 research on Sustainability Management tools, and has been a member of Advisory Boards like ICLEI European Local Agenda Roundtable, Pimby, WWF Italia Participation Department.
