Core competencies include actuarial calculations for Damages and Compensation matters as well as Employee Benefit Consulting. Typical services include calculations for loss of income or loss of support (e.g. claims against the Road Accident Fund), maintenance claims against deceased estates and the capitalisation of medical expenses in the case of medical negligence. We also perform statutory and accounting actuarial valuations of retirement funds and other employee benefits. This is complimented by a comprehensive set of related consulting services. We also provide general actuarial consulting services, for instance actuarial peer reviews, actuarial investigations or assistance where an independent actuarial opinion is required.
