Kent Brown is an electrical engineer and started his career as a design engineer at Boeing. Next he worked for Rockwell Automation as a Sales Engineer. Steve Porter began as Territory Salesman for Thomas & Betts, then as a Branch Manager for Amfac Electric (now part of CED) and then as a Sales Engineer for Rockwell Automation. John White started off working for Westinghouse distribution and then as an Outside Salesman for a couple of independent sales agencies eventually becoming the sole owner of John White & Associates for some 25 years.
