Other supporters include Mott MacDonald, RICS, Seddon Construction, Open Source Consortium, NAACE, Mirandanet and the European Commission. TLM is responsible for developing and managing a new and innovative family of qualifications known as The INGOTs. The most popular of these qualifications is the Qualification for IT Users, the ITQ, based on industry standard needs for IT. This is referenced to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) for broader industry acceptance.
