About Our Company: At Jensen Engineering & Construction Services, LLC (JEC Services), we provide professional civil and structural engineering design, forensic investigation of engineering failures, expert witness consulting, non-destructive testing such as concrete x-ray scanning, structural inspections, and evaluations. Our company is located in the greater Seattle, WA and Bellingham, WA area and travels throughout the country as requested by our clients. We have a special interest in utilizing hands-on knowledge gained from working in construction and investigating engineering failures that will benefit the design process and improve upon current industry standard design practices.
