FICS is now in its 20th year of meeting - and surpassing - our mission. We partner with communities to help them achieve their goals through research, education, training, services and the arts. We work with community members, including youth, to map risks and assets, write strategic plans and implement them. Community advisors meet monthly to assess programs, review needs and make recommendations. Join us as a volunteer, board member (fundraising necessary) or staff!
