Small Country Shop / convenience store located in the small village off Pringle Bay, 75km (1 hr drive) from CPT (cape town international airport) it is situated on the beautiful whale coast. The founders (Pink Family) purchased the plot in 2002 and started the construction of the building. While the family resided upstairs the Country shop was set up as a general dealer. They have been trading for more than 10 years, meeting the needs of the Pringle Bay community. Now the founders have reached the state that they wanted to enjoy their retirement. After a long time of trying to settle in the Overberg area we finally got the opportunity to take over the business in 2014. We have a new fresh start of the existing business with the emphasis on a pleasant local country shop. We still be general dealer and we try to convert it a little more into a pleasant environment with extension on the coffee corner, reading table, art expositions, etc. The shop and coffee corner are located on the ground floor with 176 m2, also on the ground floor there is a 30 sq.m shop sublet.
