Avenue Realty, LLC began in 2003 when Principal Broker and Owner, Darian Cochran, bought his first home. The process of purchasing his first home prompted him to believe there could be and should be more to the home buying experience. He enrolled in a real estate class and became a licensed Realtor. After many years of working with other brokerages, the desire to help clients have a positive, personal, and professional home buying experience prompted Darian to become a Broker and wife, Amy Cochran, to become a Realtor. Together they founded Avenue Realty, so they could ensure their clients the level of quality they deserve. Avenue Realty is a real estate brokerage firm that operates on a few core principals.
