We are a Nutrition Club that serves healthy meal replacement shakes and smoothies. Our shakes/smoothies are all high protein, low fat, low sugar, and low calorie. We serve each shake with a cup of herbal energy green tea and a shot of herbal aloe. At TSPN we take nutrition to another level. We make decisions easy and help coach you along the way to meet your nutritional and health goals. Whether its weight loss, weight gain, or just good nutrition and eating healthy - we can help. We host nutritional classes several times per week as well as weight loss challenges and fitness classes to help you along your way.
