Limited was established in 1962 to provide multi-disciplinary engineering services including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, environmental and architectural. V. B. Cook Co. Limited, between 1997 and 2003, expanded to enhance our engineering services by including architectural and environmental service groups. We are active in both the national and international marketplace with a history rich in experience. Our project teams look forward to new challenges, anticipating growth and prosperity as we enter the 21st century.
