Wasing is one of the most diverse, organic Estates in England, yet still is one of Berkshire’s best kept secrets. The farmland surrounding Wasing has been treated organically for over two years – and we are proud to be producing 100% organic produce with sustainable provenance. Our aim over the coming years is to produce as much sustainable, nutritious and delicious food as we can in house for all of the amazing events and weddings held at Wasing. Our award winining wedding and events venue is full of sophistication and elegance. The lovingly restored farm buidlings sit alongside the 15th century Parish Church and include the majestic grade II listed Castle Barn, a Granary sat proudly on its staddle stones and a fairy tale Dovecote. Wasing’s yoga and wellbeing hub, offers weekly yoga classes, workshops and retreats, abundant access to nature and forest bathing in our own private woodlands and gardens, as well as one-to-one coaching, wellness space hire and collaborations. Great care is taken to preserve and enhance the rural charm of the sustainably managed extensive lakes and the meandering rivers at Wasing, set in the picturesque Kennet Valley. With an abundance of wildlife including Bitterns, Egrets, Hobbies, Swans and numerous Kingfishers on every lake, these tranquil settings offer great quality fishing, with record sized carp.
