As the CEO of a service business in the Hampton Roads Area, I am responsible for marketing, advertising and securing of contracts which deliver didactic, personalized, comprehensive, and strategic consulting for public & private schools, correctional institutions, grass-roots and non-profit agencies in regards to maladaptive behaving adults, adolescents and their families. In addition, I develop various curricula (including anger management self-help work manuals) designed to facilitate positive behavior modification and assistance with classroom management which also adheres to criteria set forth under Axis I of the DSM-IV.
