We have six agencies serving 18 counties in Central Pennsylvania: VNA Health System (corporate office) - Shamokin; Lewisburg Home Health - Lewisburg; Community Nursing Service of Clinton County - Lock Haven; Centre HomeCare, Inc. - State College; Lewistown Home Health & Hospice: The Bridge - Lewistown; and Visiting Nurse Association of Central Pennsylvania - Harrisburg. In addition, we offer care assistance options for the home through five private duty offices (located in Sunbury, State College, Harrisburg, Lewisburg and Lewistown), and an adult day care in Shamokin.
