NanoLab, Inc.
www.nano-lab.comNanoLab is a product development and contract research organization with a specialization in nanotechnology-enabled products. We develop sensors, composites, coatings, nanoscale devices, and the processes to manufacture them. In addition, we are a leading domestic producer of high quality carbon nanotubes in bulk and in aligned array forms, supplying commercial customers and the DOD. We have demonstrated nanotube based tweezers, antennas, and other devices based on aligned CNT.. NanoLab also employs a group of application engineers, focused on product development. In 2001, we commercialized the first carbon nanotube buckypaper. We also lead the development of carbon nanotube reinforced ceramic composites for armor applications, starting in 2002. We then developed in-situ growth processes for the synthesis of CNT on carbon fiber networks. Recent work has given us experience with functionalization and dispersion of nanotubes into paints, primers, two component polyurethane elastomers, epoxies and synthetic rubbers. We have also formulated sprayable and printable nanotube coatings. Please contact us for your material or project needs.
