As a litigation and arbitration experts with over 20 years of national and international experience, we have acted as legal counsels in procedures on matters such as the protection of foreign direct investment, complex engineering and distribution agreements, technology transfers, sale of corporate assets, international sale of goods, competition law and intellectual property law. We focus on providing full service to our clients as we have been doing for over two decades. Our expertise comprises several industries in which we are highly experienced (Construction, Oil & Gas, Energy and Pharmaceutical). From the outset we provided legal advice on construction matters. Since 1999 we have been involved in energy, oil and gas matters, whereby we provided general counselling and were responsible for innovative projects regarding the liberalization of the energy market. Furthermore we are very active in litigation and competition matters. Some specific projects in which we rendered legal advice: - The installation and enlargement procedure of the road section of the bridge over the river Tejo in the Lisbon area, Portugal; - Modernization and construction of the German School (project partially funded by the German government) We frequently collaborate with German law firms with activity in Portugal and have assisted multinational pharmaceutical companies on arbitration procedures regarding medicines.
