1978 yılında Köseköy’de temelleri atılan Kalibre Boru soğuk çekim boru üretim tesisi, kısa bir süre sonra tekstil sektörü için çelik bobin üretimine başladı. İnovasyon ve sürekli gelişim ilkesi ile pazardaki talep artışı doğrultusunda 1986 yılında İzmit’teki yeni fabrikasına taşınan Kalibre Boru, gerçekleştirdiği yatırımlar sonucunda yurt dışı pazarına açılarak 1994 yılında ilk ihracatını Almanya’ya gerçekleştirdi. 1998 yılında DIN / EN normlarına uygun kaynaklı boru üretimi faaliyeti sonrasında 2002 yılında otomotiv sektöründeki müşteri ihtiyaçları üzerine küresel otomotiv tedarikçileri ve OEM tedarikçileri ile iş birliğine başladı.Kalibre Boru, çevreye karşı derin duyarlılığı, kalite sistemlerindeki liderliği, çalışanlarına verdiği değer, yenilikçi ve çağdaş yönetim anlayışı ile dünyada boru imalat sektöründe söz sahibi olmak hedefi doğrultusunda sürekli büyümeye ve Türkiye ekonomisine katkıda bulunmaya devam ediyor. Founded in 1978 in Köseköy, Kalibre Boru cold-drawn pipe manufacturing facility started to produce steel coils for the textile sector in a short while. Following innovation and continuous development principles, and in line with the increased market demand, Kalibre Boru moved in 1986 to its new factory located in Izmit. As a result of the investments it made, Kalibre Boru entered foreign markets and made its first export to Germany in 1994. Right after manufacturing welded pipes in line with DIN / EN norms in 1998, Kalibre Boru started cooperating with global automotive suppliers and OEM suppliers in 2002, upon the customer need in the automotive sector. With its sensitivity to the environment, leadership in quality systems, attitude to value its employees, and innovative and contemporary management approach, Kalibre Boru continues to contribute to the Turkish economy and grow to have a say in the pipe manufacturing sector on a global scale.
