LeaderVision Atlantic Ltd. was created almost 25 years ago by my father Harvey Coll. His family… our family… are intensely proud to be from the Maritimes. Our roots run deep across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. It was important to my father and our family that our business reflect this regional pride so he included Atlantic in our corporate name to ensure pride of heritage and history. LeaderVision is our brand. Put simply, the name represents our personal vision for what leadership is and can be. Our intention has been to engage leadership as a practical concept grounded in action and accountability and guided by values. We believe in values-based leadership fueled by strong emotional intelligence and governed by a new emotional economy. That is our vision. The lighthouse is our corporate symbol. For generations, the lighthouse has been both beacon and protector. It is for many of us a literal and figurative light that shines out of the darkness. Whether we are lost or heading for the rocks, the lighthouse has shown generations of Atlantic Canadians a way to safety or even the way home. We believe leadership is a lighthouse.
