Founded in 2007, O.M. Offshore Monitoring Limited is committed to improving the efficiency, safety, security, and navigation for commercial shipping and other related offshore activities by transferring non-maritime emerging technologies into the maritime and offshore marketplace. At OSM, we have been at the forefront of technology transfer from the space and military domains by transforming them into brand-new surveillance products and services and establishing a market for them for the offshore, shipping, and port industries. Our technical, business, and commercialization departments work with researchers and innovators to develop innovative maritime technologies and coordinate R&D activities. We have invented and developed several technological solutions involving sensor adaptation for maritime observations and multi-use of satellite (earth observation) data. We have managed and coordinated several multi-national commercialization and R&D projects over the last decade, including the coordination of a dozen EU projects. We believe in collaborating with the driving forces in the shipping and offshore sector, as such, we prioritize working with end-users and clients to solve their most pressing challenges – be it safety, security, efficiency, environmental compliance, etc.
