L’initiative MUSCO est une démarche de collaboration entre les grandes institutions pédiatriques que sont le CHU Sainte-Justine, son Centre de réadaptation Marie Enfant, l’Hôpital de Montréal pour enfants et les Hôpitaux Shriners pour enfants — Canada, avec le soutien de la Fondation Mirella & Lino Saputo. Ces institutions ont décidé d’unir leurs forces pour développer une collaboration interinstitutionnelle. Chacun des partenaires partage la volonté de faciliter la vie des patients et des familles qui fréquentent leur établissement et souhaite faire une différence pour améliorer leur qualité de vie. Il s’agit de garantir l’accès des bons patients aux bonnes institutions et au bon moment pour les meilleurs soins. L’objectif est de transformer les soins et les services apportés aux familles grâce à une approche INCLUSIVE, INNOVANTE, TRANSDISCIPLINAIRE et COLLABORATIVE. ---- The MUSCO Initiative is a collaborative approach between the following major paediatric institutions : CHU Sainte-Justine, its Marie Enfant Rehabilitation Centre, the Montreal Children’s Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children - Canada, with the support of the Mirella & Lino Saputo Foundation. These institutions have decided to join forces in an interinstitutional collaboration. Each partner shares the desire to make the life of patients and families who use their facility easier, and each partner wants to make a difference in improving their quality of life. MUSCO is about ensuring access for the right patients, in the right institutions, at the right time, for the best care. The objective is to transform the care and services provided to families through an INCLUSIVE, INNOVATIVE, TRANSDISCIPLINARY and COLLABORATIVE approach.
