Lucid Engineers, PC is a full-service specialty engineering firm serving the commercial heavy steel and concrete construction markets for the past 43 years. Led by founder and president Jim Ronning, the Lucid team has experience delivering erection and construction engineering services for some of the most challenging projects around the world. Our name derives from the unique approach that we employ on every project. Regardless of whether we’re developing erection sequencing for the next NFL stadium, designing temporary works for a landmark river crossing, executing a several thousand ton jacking operation, or devising heavy lift rigging and crane planning, our prevailing technique is simple: we design constructibility into every detail, and bring clear and workwise solutions to each project. Another primary focus of our firm is assisting our clients during the construction phase by providing full-time onsite engineering support. Our ability to move from the design of the erection procedure to onsite execution reduces costs, timelines, and errors during construction.
