Adelaide Capital Investments (ACI) seeks to acquire and operate a medium-sized business or enter a succession plan with an owner of a medium-sized business planning to gradually reduce day-to-day management and divest the business. Integration: ACI’s principal, Michael Platt, will join the business full-time and partner with the existing management team.
