Mission: Disrupt poverty through green career training and community education. We provide solar PV installation and safety training in South and southern Dallas where there is a great need for good employment. Our goal is to bridge the gap between employers and qualified individuals in the growing industry of solar PV installation. Entry-level work in solar PV installation begins at $15/hour, providing living wage work.
