RAD yoga is about inspiring authentic inclusivity and connective presence through movement. We offer weekly, donation-based yoga classes (both virtual and socially-distant outdoors) with 50% of class proceeds benefitting local and national organizations dedicated to social equity. Our instructors specialize in power vinyasa and strength yoga and have a variety of professional wellness certifications.
