I have trained solicitors, barristers, costs lawyers and professional support lawyers in both private practice and in-house. I have also trained project management professionals wanting to enter the legal services industry (and they do, after completing my course). Legal Project Management is no longer new, it is an established discipline and career path. It is however still maturing and I help people improve their skills, increase their knowledge and step up to become operational legal project leaders. I do this by: 1. Public Courses - Open to legal service professionals & project managers wanting to enter the legal services industry - Courses held in London - All course graduates eligible for IILPM legal project management certification. 2. On-Site Courses - One to two hour workshops for partners and senior managers - Half day courses for practicing solicitors - Two day course for those wanting to become IILPM certified legal project managers. Everyone completing my courses receives a complimentary set of IILPM approved templates and are eligible for up to three hours free consultancy and implementation advice after the course. Mu legal project management training is workshop and exercise based and in the public courses particularly people have opportunity to learn from a wide range of professionals in the legal services industry.
