This is a 2 day course held over weekends. The program is conducted in a group setting with between 4-10 couples. Sessions are designed to provide couples with skills and strategies to handle challenges that inevitably arise for two people who are sharing their lives together. The course provides a great opportunity to talk to other couples who are at the same stage in their life journey, and share some thought about what it means to be 'committed'.
