Our work is about helping people and organisations perform to their potential. The work is two-fold. 1) We help shape the narratives that give meaning to the people who play roles in the business; we make films, documentaries and dramas that connect people to current realities and future possibilities 2) We provide practical competency development, in particular, communication, collaboration, cognition (critical thinking), composure and control (status and power). Our higher purpose is to give a voice to people who struggle to be heard because of entrenched and unconscious biases that diminish people on the basis of gender, race, disability, where they sit in the business hierarchy, lack of education and social exclusion. We aim to support changes that are necessary for a more equitable, peaceful, prosperous and sustainable future.
