Cait Fraser is a licensed realtor with Macdonald Realty — based in Victoria BC, my beautiful hometown where I grew up on the west coast of Canada. I have travelled and resided all over the world, from Africa, to Australia, Europe, India, the Caribbean and the United States. Previous to moving back to Victoria full time, during the pandemic, I lived between Newport Beach, California and Victoria, BC. My career, before moving into real estate, was in luxury travel, hospitality and marketing. My background is in business and marketing and while growing an influential wellness travel company I also ran a successful digital marketing agency that focused on luxury real estate and travel sales for my clients. I moved back to Victoria, BC full time from Newport Beach in June 2020 when my niece was born. I fell back in love with the island and realized that my future was on the island surrounded by loved ones and family. The travel industry had all but evaporated and it was time to shift focus to real estate. I have always had a passion for real estate, interior design and high end events. My knowledge of luxury marketing and sales makes the move to luxury real estate the natural next step.
