We are an independent boutique that focuses exclusively on one to one business coaching and executive mentoring. We prioritise business outcomes and helping leaders bring out the best in themselves and the people they lead, maximizing potential, performance and effectiveness whilst staying in touch with the humanity required to lead. All our programmes are bespoke and tailored to each client's character, style and preferences. With a focus on the future, we help clients tackle fundamental issues in a practical way that is not personally intrusive and yet are profound in their outcomes. As specialists who only work one-to-one, and give it our full time focus, the coaching moves quickly as we can put our clients experiences into a current context and we know what works. We each bring thirty years of business experience together with a psychological awareness and an attention to personal well being. Our clients are board directors, executive committee members and their direct reports as well as high potential leaders three to five years away from their first management board position. They come from all commercial sectors and a range of organisations from partnerships, entrepreneurial ventures to private equity backed and listed businesses.
