GMI was created from the Rockefeller Foundation’s Digital Jobs Initiative to help prepare students for their first career job using a training model that makes it easy for business professionals to be great mentors. Our mentoring programs provide students in high unemployment areas with role models to provide guidance, business skills, and job opportunities when they graduate.
