The Institute for Excellence & Ethics (IEE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building intentional cultures and essential competencies of Excellence with Integrity. Our research-based Excellence with Integrity learning resources and Optimal Performance assessment tools support essential 21st Century and STEM Employability and Innovation skills, enhance workplace professional development, and promote athletics and youth leadership in pursuit of excellence with integrity. We develop teaching and learning resources, conduct professional development, design and deliver assessment tools and services, and provide organizational consulting for schools, business organizations, youth development organizations and college athletic departments.
