Vorteil is an isolation technology for running applications in cloud environments with increased security and resource efficiency. Vorteil offers speed (millisecond boot times), a minimal footprint and hyper-security from the platform perspective. Vorteil packages applications as immutable objects, allowing users to freely transport and deploy between public and private cloud providers. Because Vorteil is compatible across all cloud platforms, users can provision secure & scalable applications in any preferred cloud environment and seamlessly migrate and deploy instances across public and private cloud. The ingenuity is based on the Vorteil micro-OS (currently less than 7 MB in size, boots in less than 600 milliseconds and supported on any cloud platform).
