NishSS is a business that was setup to support companies on specific improvement targets. Our modus operandi is to agree detailed key performance indicators/areas (KPI’s/KPA’s) and Targets. This is done by either performing a loss and waste analysis or predetermined focus areas. Blitz projects are executed to achieve the targets. Making use of open source material all the controls to maintain performance are developed and handed over. All of this is done together with the operational teams and included active coaching, support, training with loop closure assessments and certification to ensure that the controls have been embedded and forms part of the business process and culture of the organisation.
