DOVIA (Directors of Volunteers in Agencies) is a professional, non-profit organization promoting excellence in Volunteer Management through education, training, mentoring and advocacy. DOVIA strives to improve the non-profit community of Southern Nevada by empowering those at organizations who manage volunteers. We understand that volunteers are a vital part of the success of our organizations. Members of DOVIA include paid volunteer managers, unpaid volunteer managers, and those whose job description includes volunteer management.
