The UNH Civil Discourse Lab serves UNH students, faculty, and staff; other UNH stakeholders, including alumni and local community members; and members of the New England community who participate in campus events. The Department of Communication in the College of Liberal Arts houses the Lab. The resurgence of deliberation in Communication, and in the sub-disciplines of organizational communication, language and social interaction, rhetoric, and contemplative media studies, is a movement based in creativity, solutions, innovation, and problem-solving.
