Women’s Utilities Network (WUN) is a group focused on helping to support and encourage women within the retail utilities space. Its purpose is to create a network of support to help women develop their skills and career opportunities within the sector. WUN is open to any woman working in the retail utilities space – from customer services, operations, sales, smart metering and everything in between. The group is continuing to grow and we offer a mentorship scheme, where we match those requiring mentoring to experienced professional women – all with very successful careers in the industry - who can support and further develop women’s careers, and ultimately help to retain key talent within utilities. Our WUN founders are all successful women with a real passion about the utilities industry and all with a story to tell. The founders are there to encourage up and coming women in the Industry today, to do the same and help to provide them with a path to do so.
