Armstrong Building Maintenance & Supplies of Hawaii, Inc. (Armstrong) was founded and incorporated in the state of Hawaii in 1972 by Tom F. Tokars, Sr. and his wife, Dolores. The vision was to create a family business that would provide superior janitorial services on the island of Oahu and surrounding islands. Over 50 years later, Armstrong is still living out that vision by sons, Tom F. and Jerry Tokars.
