UBCCR (est. 1995) is the largest organization of the bilateral chambers of commerce in Romania. The Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce from Romania, part of the National Chamber System, is deeply involved in the development and promotion of the foreign trade relations of Romania, through means of Economic Diplomacy. Participation as a member of UCCBR is open to all bilateral chambers, Romanian or foreign legal entities operating in Romania, which adhere to and recognize its status and who consider that through their actions they can contribute to the development of the Foreign Trade.
