To be the leading provider of programs and services designed to develop skills for leadership and independent living among young Oklahomans affected by a bleeding disorder in order to prepare them to assume leadership positions in the bleeding disorder community and in society. To have a robust organizational infrastructure operated by skilled professionals and impassioned volunteers and supported by a broad base of funding. To be the standard for member services and innovation among local and national community service organizations.
