On November 1st 1993, brothers Steven & Mark Hynes purchased a “Home Brew” shop in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia called Brewingcentres. Steven was 24 and Mark was 20. Neither knew about running a business but had an intense passion for home wine & beer making that helped through the learning years. Many of our original customers are still with us today. Noble Grape and its team is currently the first choice locally for consumers entering the hobby of home wine and beer making.
