The mission of INTUITIVE CONSULTING is to help New Zealand’s small and medium businesses flourish and market themselves like the big companies, to bring out the best of these companies – agility, ingenuity, resourcefulness, to name a few – while overcoming the shortfalls of being small, which are time and resource constraints, and lack of strategic focus. The advantage of being smaller is being able to bypass layers of structure in place for real time decision making. On the flip side smaller companies can improvise too much. Without a forward thinking plan, as far as marketing the company and its products is concerned, small and medium businesses are prone to throw stuff against the wall and see what sticks. INTUITIVE CONSULTING is set up to help businesses with no full time marketing function, or no strategic marketing input, put in place marketing plans and processes they can eventually maintain themselves. We do this by first looking at your business and products from both inside and outside so we have the overall view from the clouds before recommending marketing plans and activities.
