Its operating companies provide structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction, instrumentation, piping fabrication, event overlay and drone-enabled inspection services in multiple countries. The group is active across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, the United Kingdom and South East Asia. Its clients are mainly private and public sector corporates operating in the petrochemicals, oil & gas, mining, construction, event management, transport, power and inspection industries. Corporate Structure CG Industrial Holdings Ltd (trading as CG Tech) is registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and its shares are held by its directors and their family entities. The majority shareholder is SONS Investments Ltd (SONS), a company registered in the BVI. SONS has shares listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. It is also an Approved Fund in terms of the Securities and Investment Business Act 2010 (BVI) and is overseen by two regulatory authorities – the BVI Financial Services Commission and the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
