We are a young firm that was founded in 2007 coincided with a change in trend in the world of construction in Spain. The time of crisis we live now, allows professional like us to face projects with the time they deserve, to change the trend of the past , where the projects weren't valued with the time required. Our architecture is born from the merge between our values and the close relationship we establish with the client. That is why the priority is not to find a personal brand in our study but to find the right bond between all parties involved in the project process. Our desire to progress drives us to be in continuous academic training to equip our latest projects in the construction industry and trends . The architecture that we do comes from a comprehensive study of all the factors that define the building which will be projected such as the location , orientation , functionality and economy . Nowadays we have added two new factors because we know that the energy efficiency of buildings and cost optimization in construction are important in our society. We work with local professionals that allow us to cover all the points of view of the complex construction of today. After five years of combined professional experience in various offices near Barcelona, and his architecture degree in university, in 2007 Xavier Esparó Enrique graduated at the School of Architecture of Barcelona. From that moment on he started the first projects which he tackled both individually and in collaboration with other professionals in the local area, solved private projects such as building several houses , office buildings and commercial establishments and some projects related to urban planning. After completing the first projects and after making a great effort, Xavier Esparó opened an architecture studio in San Sadurní d'Anoia, where his projects are currently developed, and later extended to the studio in Sant Andreu de la Barca next to Barcelona.
