The team at Construct-Ability specializes in pre-construction services, including conceptual estimating, constructability reviews, contract document reviews, cost estimating, project scheduling, claim disputes, change order reviews, and value engineering. We also provide services to the project as it develops, such as project delivery participation and on-site construction management. The water and wastewater markets are our forte. We've worked with San Antonio River Authority, San Antonio Water System, New Braunfels Utilities, and the cities of Brownwood, San Marcos, Fredericksburg, Cedar Park, Austin, and Oklahoma City. Other clients include Murfee Engineering, DCS Engineering, Tetra Tech, S&GE, HDR, Kimley-Horn, Jones & Carter, and S&B Infrastructure.
