Life Balance Nutrition, LLC is owned and operated by Marina Rivera-Ridens, MS, RD, LD, CEDS-S. She is the registered/licensed dietitian on staff and specializes in the treatment of eating disorders. Marina has been working in the nutrition field since 2012, and her primary focus is on helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their body. "At Life Balance Nutrition, the aim is help individuals restore their relationship with food and body. I understand that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to nutrition and healing, and that the journey towards a better relationship with food and self can take time. My hope is that each individual that I work with will embrace this journey and the freedom that comes from rejecting the diet mentality, trusting food and themselves, and finding joy in movement.
