The PCMO started in 2007 January and there were 200 employees, which included permanent, part-time and on-call duty staff. The Project Control Management Organization (PCMO) was basically a Research & Development Institution conducting internationally Training & Consulting in Project Management, Financial Management, Engineering Management, Event Management and Hospital Management. We did privately business assessment, valuation and auditing services too. Our goal was to meet Client needs with the same drive and commitment that we have shown through our past performance. The PCMO comprised of a team of highly experienced individuals from more than 40 countries who had significant senior management experience across various industry sectors including the private, commercial and public sectors. The PCMO, a registered Private Limited Company and operated in nine (9) regions namely Europe, India, Middle East, Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Canada and USA. To ensure that our Clients can be confident that they will receive highly competent and up to date training and or consulting services, we put together very demanding selection criteria for our facilitators. Every facilitator who worked with PCMO selected carefully and periodically assessed and updated prior to each assignment.
