We are an abstinence-based addiction recovery charity based in Stevenage, St Albans, Watford and virtually, in Hertfordshire. We provide free daytime group therapy for all addictions to help adults address the root cause of addictive behaviour, whatever their drug of choice is: * alcohol * drugs * disordered eating * gambling * love, sex and relationships * excessive gaming * pornography * problem gambling * self-harm * shopping We also support the family or carers of those affected by another person's addictive behaviour.
