JY Fund Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. was founded in February 2018 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It has been registered as a private equity fund at the Asset Management Association of China, registration code: P1069582. Our main businesses include investment management and IPO restructuring. The company has so far raised four funds to invest in the medical care service industry, eldercare goods and elder care informatics, with a total capital of 500 million yuan. The investment focuses on the sub-areas of the medical and elder care in the health care industry, mainly targeting at the regional leading enterprises, second-class hospitals (eldercare equipped), and medical and elder care nurseries, etc. The investment also covers medical services, especially hospital, telemedicine, big data platform, and other healthcare services. Our management team ranges from bankers, security brokers and professionals from the industry. Our team has been deeply engaged in the medical and elder care industry for many years, and we have participated in drafting the medical and elder care part of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
