We host trips for guests who want to holiday while still developing their fitness and skills in a focused, but relaxing, environment, supported by an excellent coaching, nutrition and recovery team. Participants have full access to a CrossFit box and can take part in daily WOD, cardio and skills-development sessions, on an all-inclusive stay in a peaceful venue amongst the islands of the Adriatic. As well as swimming, kayaking, SUP and optional scuba, there are included excursions to explore the natural beauty of the locale.
